IOTA Solutions has the answers to your evaluation and assessment problems. For 15 years, we have partnered with more than 350 colleges and universities as co-Principal Investigators, assessment advisors, and evaluators of technological innovations. We have served higher education as empirical researchers to test and solve technological and pedagogical obstacles and have reviewed and critiqued more than 5000 surveys, assessments, and evaluation forms. We have co-authored papers and presentations with colleagues across the country, and worked 24/7 to make sure students and instructors have immediate answers to their questions.

Dr. Matthew V. Champagne is Chief Learning Officer and co-founder of IOTA Solutions. He has served as a researcher, university professor, author, consultant, and Senior Research Fellow in the areas of learning and evaluation for nearly 20 years. Dr. Champagne has been Senior Evaluator for numerous projects sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education, the National Science Foundation, the U.S. Army Research Institute, the Sloan Foundation, and other philanthropic and academic organizations. He was founder and Director of the IDEA Lab, the first laboratory dedicated to the assessment of web-based distance learning. Dr. Champagne has authored more than 30 journal articles and chapters, presented more than 50 papers at academic conferences, and continues to advise dozens of training organizations, universities, and non-profit organizations on evaluation, survey methodology, and learning. He received his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Psychology from Purdue University.
